The HR Business Partner - Learning & Development (HRBP), working with the AIS Executive team, will build and drive training and development that promotes AIS's culture. In addition, this role is the main HR resource within the AIS business and is able to leverage our parent company resources for support processes (recruiting, talent management, HRIS, benefits, etc.) and knowledge sharing. DUTIES and
Responsibilities:
Strategizes with the Executive leadership team to support the business from a human capital perspective. Particularly focused on learning, development and performance management aligned to the company culture. Works with the Executive leadership team, department managers and supervisors in identifying and addressing development gaps using the individual development plans and tools, performance management processes, and training and development. Identifies development needs for specific teams, including individual coaching and/or mentoring needs. Coaches and consults with the Executive leadership team regarding strategic and workforce planning activities such as organizational structure and effectiveness, staffing solutions, workforce development, and succession planning. Fully accountable for the implementation of HR-related processes, practices, policies and outcomes within the business as instructed. Consults with and advises the AIS Executive leadership team on compensation and benefits administration, including job descriptions, rewards and recognition programs, salary recommendations, annual merit and incentive processes, and certain benefits. The HRBP collaborates with the Parent company HR subject matter experts (e.g. compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent & organization development, etc.) to implement strategies and solutions to address business needs, and organizational and operational improvement as instructed by the Executive leadership team. Advises department managers and supervisors on company policies, procedures, and employment and labor law. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required. EDUCATION and
Experience:
Strong working knowledge organizational design/development, performance and talent management and succession planning. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with emphasis in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Behavioral Science or related area preferred. Experience leading customized learning, development, and performance management a must. PHR and/or SPHR certification preferred. Minimum of six years experience in Human Resources required. Experience working within a HRM system preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
