The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set encompassing takeoffs, sketching, scheduling, budgeting, production oversight, and the ability to provide guidance to the field crew, including hands-on assistance in building processes when necessary.
As an established exterior residential construction company, our primary focus revolves around projects such as decks, patios, pergolas, garages, sun/screen rooms, and 3&4 season rooms.
We prioritize candidates with substantial experience in these project types.
The typical work schedule is from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional participation in approximately four home shows per year, which may involve Sunday evening tear-downs.
Remuneration can be structured on either a salary or hourly basis.
