Job Description:
As an Entry Level Document Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of company documents and records.
You will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining various types of documents, including technical specifications, procedural manuals, and compliance records.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Document Management:
Maintain an organized system for storing, categorizing, and retrieving documents, both electronically and physically.
Version Control:
Ensure that all documents are properly versioned and that the most up-to-date versions are readily available to authorized personnel.
Document Review:
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review and approve documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Distribution:
Facilitate the distribution of documents to appropriate individuals or departments, keeping track of distribution lists and ensuring timely delivery.
Archiving and Retention:
Implement policies and procedures for the proper archiving and retention of documents, including the disposal of outdated or obsolete records.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the completeness and accuracy of document repositories.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the document control function.
Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred Prior experience in document control or records management is desirable but not required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite desired.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.

, ISO standards, FDA regulations) is a plus.
