Regal is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.   Description  Analyzes and resolves customer issues in control applications involving Unico / Micromatic hardware and software.  Determines if customer is able to resolve the issue or service tech should be dispatched.Provides frontline customersupport such astroubleshooting phone call & emails.   Additionally generates and maintainssupporting technical documentation . Works with sales, engineers, and field tech teams and customers directly to bring issues to resolution. Participate in after hours techsupport rotation.Gathers accurate and complete information of product, systems, and application failures. Communicates to various teams through establishedprocesses. Coordinates with customer and/or Aftermarket Parts to determine appropriate replacement parts and dispatch of servicesupport as needed.  Determines if in or out of warranty.Conducts data analysis of present and historical data to identify improvement opportunities. Maintains pareto/awareness of defects identified by customers and drives communication and resolution of top issues.Participates in team process improvements, High Energy Teams, and DMAICprocesses, etc.    Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related experience 4+ years in application of Unico or similar product Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years strongly desired 180000JZ

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
