Production Assoc I

To manufacture Merz products in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures in a clean room environment. Assist in the manufacture of new produces and equipment qualifications.
Wash process for components and tools.
Preform line clearances and verifications.
Stock operations related materials and components for production.
Place completed unit into labeled pouch (pouching).
Complete all assigned training tasks prior to the due date.
Document necessary manufacturing processes per procedural requirements.
Label pouches for use in the clean room.
Provide feedback to Operations Management and Quality on any production or quality improvements.
Professional experience
Experience in manufacturing or clean room environment.
Knowledge, skills and abilities (incl. languages) Required
Must possess demonstrated math, reading, and writing skills along with the ability and willingness to ensure accuracy, a positive attitude, proven team player attributes, good interpersonal skills, a record of dependability, and attention to detail and quality.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to set-up and operate equipment and work in a clean room environment when needed.
Ability to understand and perform consistent and clear written and oral communication.
Knowledge of methods - Required
Must demonstrate more complex problem-solving skills.
Personal skills
Interaction with all levels of office and plant personnel.
Interaction with various vendors.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
